SPR# SJOICG3K9F - Server/Client - iCal- Fixed an issue where when sending iCal meetings, any attachment within the meeting description was not being sent - just text fo "See attached file...". Workaround was to set ICAL_SendAsMultipartRelated=0. This regression was introduced in 12.0.
